<= div dir=3D"auto">I just got off the phone with Chris Cassidy regarding the = Independent Engineer Report final we are sending to the bank. I told him th= e following:

1. We have = an accurate cost to construct number of around $400M now so have updated th= e financial model accordingly.  This also gives us an accurate equity = funding goal as well.
2. We have gone through all of= the narrative of the report to make sure it is current and accurate, such = as Chemex Global being the EPC, etc. We consider this the final edition of = the report for official submission to the Lender and through them to USDA.<= /div>

He replied this was exac= tly what he wanted to hear.
