Regarding 11 Capital=E2=80=99s question of immediate funding request. = My estimation is,

We need a continuous= EPC contractor to complete the engineering details for around $36 millions= We also need an operation expenses for around 1 millions dollars. So my e= stimate of the immediate funding might need $37 millions currently.
