It is customary to publish the notice x3 in the official county paper with at least 21 days notice to allow the public to review the document in advance. Which gives us a couple of weeks to run the draft EA by the AIC Energy (and attorney) for their input first before we post a copy for the public to review. We have contacted several agencies in Trenton including the Indian Affairs office and the public school looking for a place to hold the public meeting. All have declined to rent us their assembly rooms due to COVID-19 concerns. We have therefore had to settle on a location in nearby Williston, and currently expect to rent a meeting room at the Hampton Inn. We also propose to have a "live feed" via tablet so people can call in with questions via a video conference app - like TEAMS or ZOOM or Facebook LIVE. We are proposing to make arrangements for this meeting on Tuesday January 26th or Wednesday January 27th and hold it from 2:30 pm to 8:30 pm - that way people can come either during work hours or not.
